The Right to a Home

Pastel the Budgie is enjoying her home, full of food, water, toys, and a safe place to escape the dangers of the world and to work. As pet owners, we understand the importance of providing a proper habitat for our animals to maintain the happiness of their lives. Without a home, an animal cannot survive. The same logic applies to human beings. Without a proper space to relax, eat, drink, and play- one cannot survive, let alone work. Despite a safe, healthy house being essential for the success of humans of all ages, our governments continue to increase the prices of rents and mortgages while also refusing to help the homeless who have been kicked out due to these systems whose only purpose is to make as much as possible.
