Many high ranking politicians, such as Elon Musk have claimed that the government is “ useless “, and all control should given huge companies, AKA the free market. The Migratory Bird act is proof of how important it is for the government to have restrictions on corporations- this federal law has saved countless birds from near extinction after many were driven close to annihilation due to habitat destruction and demand for feathers to decorate for fashion.
